My little person loves trying new hairstyles. Working on her hair (and on mine) is a fave hobby at the moment. So you can just imagine the excitement when she received some new toys that are all about fabulous hair! Hairdorables arrived in South Africa earlier this year, and now they’re back with Series 2 dolls as well as Hairdorables Pets!
Hairdorables – Who Are They?
They’re the “Big Hair Don’t Care” girl squad with a very cool origin story.
#Hairdorables took off when Noah, a sweet and funny vlogger with a passion for hair-styling, decided to share her side-braiding tutorial on YouTube. While shooting her video, Noah fumbled over the words ‘hair’ and ‘adorable’… accidentally coining the term ‘hairdorable’! To Noah’s surprise, her video and #Hairdorable went viral overnight! When Noah decided to launch her own YouTube channel (Hairdorables, obvi) and invite her friends to join her, the response was a resounding YAAAAAAAS! Now Noah and her BFFs spend all of their free time creating content and sharing their passions with the world via the Hairdorables channel on YouTube!
Hairdorables – Series 2
There are 26 Hairdorables Series 2 dolls, including 1 rare and 1 ultra rare. The dolls have gorgeous, long hair in colours that reflect their unique styles and personalities. Even the boxes they come in are pretty – bright and fun, with pics of the adorable girls all over. Little ones can pull, peel, and reveal 11 surprises hidden inside, including stickers and 1 new Color Reveal accessory. Unlike some toys that take forever to work, or don’t change properly, these little accessories (the alice bands) changed colour as soon as we popped them into ice cold water, prompting an impressed “WOW!” from Zee. 😊
Sallee and Neila were inside the boxes that Zee received. You guys, they’re so adorable! I think I like them almost as much as Zee does. Sallee is giving me serious Elsa vibes with that stunning white do! And Neila has the cutest hairstyle. Those twisty buns are so fab. Zee says she absolutely has to try it on her own hair.
Hairdorables Pets – Series 1
There are 24 lovable pets to collect in Series 1, including 1 ultra rare. Littles will get to reveal 8 surprises as they unbox these cuties. Each pet comes with 2 accessories, a hairbrush, an adoption card, 2 stickers, and a collector’s list. Glimmer Gemma is the sweet pet who’s now a part of our Hairdorables family.
Zeeview – Hairdorables
In Zee’s words, “Hairdorables dolls and pets are fun to unbox and discover, and even more fun to play with and style. There’s so much to do with their hair, and I’m enjoying trying different styles! I love Glimmer Gemma, but the dolls are my faves. Their hair is awesome and so pretty, their outfits are super stylish, and I love their big eyes!”

My daughter loves plaiting her own hair but with her doing that, it’s ends up knotted and a struggle, I would love to win this for her so she can plait her hairdorables hair, the accessory that changes colour in cold water is the Alice band from yellow to pink.
