3 Ingredient Banana Bread

It’s day 61 of lockdown, and I figured it was time for some banana bread. I realize everyone was baking banana bread way back in week 1 or 2, but I’m not about that following-every-trend life.

Almost 9 whole weeks you guys. That’s how long it’s been since I’ve been any further than our front yard! Who else hasn’t left the house these past 61 days? In that time, the impossible seems to have happened… I’m actually enjoying my time in the kitchen. Ha! Who knew? 😂

I especially enjoy it when I try recipes that are simple, quick, and don’t require hundreds of ingredients which leave me with a huge mess in the kitchen and thousands of dishes to wash.
Yes, I’m aware that “hundreds” and “thousands” may be a slight exaggeration.

I’m loving this 3 ingredient banana bread recipe that I found on YouTube! It requires minimal effort, but the result is wonderful. All 3 of us loved this loaf of yumminess! And that’s why I had to share the recipe here. It’s a must try (if you haven’t already).

I was worried that an entire tin of condensed milk may be a bit much, but the sweetness is just right. And the texture is lovely. So simple, and so delicious.

Are you a banana bread fan? Let me know if you try this one (or have tried it), and if you enjoy it as much as we do. 😊
