Playtime with DC Comics

DC Comics has been around for over eighty years, and the brand is as popular today with children as it was (and still is) with their parents. Recent animations such as the DC Super Hero Girls films and the LEGO DC range of films have definitely broadened their fan base. Little ones are introduced to many of DC’s most loved characters in these fun, child-friendly films (which by the way, are clever and witty enough to be enjoyed by parents as well).

DC Comics x Prima Toys

Prima Toys recently released an exciting range of DC toys that will keep little ones busy for hours.

“The new range of DC products are going to thrill fans of Superman, Batman, the Flash, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn, to name a few. There are stretch figurines, ooshies, mash ems, and an assortment of dress up costumes for fun role play. Everything in the range encourages imaginative play.”

Chiquita Patrizi, spokesperson for Prima Toys.

Super Hero Girls Mini Dolls

The mini DC Super Hero Girls figurines are 7,5cm tall, and are a super cute addition to your little one’s collectibles. There are 6 DC Super Hero Girls in the collection – Batgirl, Bumble Bee, Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and Super Girl.

Stretchy, Squishy Figures And Collectibles

The Justice League Stretch figures can stretch up to 5 times their original size, then slowly shape back, and then they’re ready to be pulled and twisted all over again.  Justice League MashEms and Ooshies are both great for kids who love tiny collectibles. There are 40 Justice League Ooshies to collect. They include everyone’s favourites like The Flash and Batman, as well as baddies like Joker and Lex Luther.

Dress-Up Fun

DC Classic costumes are sure to provide hours of fun. They have a great fit, and resemble their favourite super hero’s very own outfits so closely, they’ll have the little ones feeling like real life super heroes! ?

DC Puzzles

Of course, superheroes don’t spend all their time working out and improving their fighting skills. Most of our favourites are also incredibly intelligent (also an excellent line to get your little Batgirl or Superman to hit the books – you’re welcome ?). Puzzles are a great way to get them thinking and problem solving, and seeing as their DC faves are on these puzzles, they’ll probably want to build them all the time.

My little super hero girl is loving the new DC range from Prima Toys. There’s so much to choose from; what’s on your little one’s wishlist?
