Mini-Me and Mini-Zee

If you’re looking for a special – and exceptionally cute – gift, Mini-Me is exactly what you need! They’re personalised Lego gifts, and there are thousands of items to choose from, to perfectly miniaturise yourself or someone you love.

Mini-Me

When I was given the chance to build my own Mini-Me, I may or may not have let out an even more high-pitched squeal of excitement than my little girl. We’re LEGO fans here, and having tiny LEGO versions of ourselves is super special.

You get to personalise everything – the hair, the face (so many expressions and lip colours to choose from, this took me the longest), torso, legs, accessories, even which stand you’d like them on. I loved that there are short legs too, which meant my mini me’s (Zee) Mini would clearly look smaller than my own. I had so much fun building them online, and I love how adorable they look in reality. πŸ™‚

Something else I found really impressive is the time it took to arrive. It was processed, and a tracking number sent to me within 24 hours. Another 24 hours, and Zee was already playing with them. They got here assembled and on the stand, safe and sound in bubble wrap, inside a handy little container. I hadn’t selected any accessories, so the phone and cute pink hairbrush was an extra, very sweet surprise (thank you Mini-Me!).

Zee thought it would be fun to have me race off in a speedboat. You know, just regular weekday things for this mom.

This Darth Vader mask was added to the website yesterday, so naturally I had to include this amazing Mini-Me here for all my fellow Star Wars fans. I mean, how cute!?

In case you’re still wondering whether or not you should head over to mini-me.co.za to start building your own Mini-Me, here’s Zee telling us what she thinks of them. I hope you enjoy our new video. πŸ™‚
