We used the 4 day long weekend at the end of March as a chance to get away for a bit. Husband managed to secure a last minute booking in Sun City, in one of their Sun Vacation self catering apartments. It had been a long time since our last stay there, and we realized a few days into this trip (almost eight years later), that I may have already been pregnant with Zee at the time. <3
Sun City – November 2008
We were having so much fun, we extended our stay to a full week. Walking back after supper one night, I listened to Husband and Zee chat about how cool it would be if real life were more like that – walking around safely at night, swimming and lounging by the pools all day, and daddy not having to work everyday… It’s only been a few days since we returned to “real life”, but it feels like our break was a long, long time ago *sigh*. Here are some pics from our getaway, to take us all back, if only for a little while.
